Pets

Many places welcome dogs and cats. This is how you find them and what applies during your stay.

  • The terms prevail if anything differs.

§ 1

Find places where pets are welcome

Add pets under Who in the search. We then show only places where animals are welcome, and any pet fee is included in the total price.

§ 2

The host's rules

  • Pets welcome: bring the animals you added to the booking.
  • Pets on request: tell the host which animals you want to bring before you book.
  • No pets: no animals, except guide and assistance dogs, which are always welcome (assistance dogs).

The host can say how many animals may come and whether there is a fee. The fee is shown in the listing and at checkout before you book.

§ 3

Your responsibility as a guest

  • Say how many animals you bring when you book. The host may refuse an animal that is not in the booking, or charge the fee for it as stated in the listing.
  • Follow the house rules, for example whether the animal may be in the bedrooms or be left alone.
  • Clean up after the animal, inside and outside, so that the next guest arrives at a clean place.
  • You are responsible for any damage the animal causes.

§ 4

Allergies

A place where pets are welcome may have had animals before, even when it has been cleaned. If you are allergic, choose a place without pets and feel free to ask the host.
