It's free to list a cabin. You pay 8% of the rent including VAT when you get a booking, and there is no monthly fee. Guests pay no fee.
The price
Example: a week at SEK 12,000 gives a commission of SEK 960, of which SEK 192 is VAT. You get the rest of the rent, and guests pay no fee. No monthly fee and no fixed cost.
List your cabinThe commission is taken when the guest pays, and the guest pays only once you have confirmed the booking. It is refunded in the same proportion if the rent is refunded.

The host's fee, one booking of SEK 12,000
Stugtid's 8% includes VAT, and guests pay no fee. Today it covers booking requests through the site. Payment through the site is not open yet, and no cabin insurance is included. According to Stugknuten, its 12% from the host includes the booking and payment service, support if there are problems, and extra cabin insurance through Omocom.
