§ 1
Listings and photos
- The listing must match the place: bedrooms, beds, floor area, amenities, location and distances.
- The title is one line that describes the place. The type and the town already show at the top.
- The photos must show the place being rented out, and you must have the right to use them.
- The price must be the full price. Fees the guest must pay are included or listed as extras.
- If you rent out as a business, the listing must say so, with the company's details.
§ 2
No contact details
Phone numbers, email addresses, links, social accounts, payment numbers and addresses do not belong in titles, descriptions, photos or reviews. Our checks stop them, so that nobody can be lured into booking or paying outside the service. The guest gets the exact address in the booking.
§ 3
Reviews
- Only someone who has stayed at the place through a booking here can write a review.
- Nobody gets paid, a discount or anything else for writing, changing or removing a review.
- We do not remove a review because it is negative, and we never edit the text.
- The host can reply once, objectively.
§ 4
Never allowed
Nothing illegal, misleading, offensive or discriminatory, and no personal data about others. Nobody may be refused because of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or age.
§ 5
Review and reports
New listings are reviewed before they are published, with automatic checks and by our staff. Anyone can report a listing or a review. A report hides nothing by itself: a person in our team assesses it, and you get the decision. More in the terms.
