The Swedish version applies
The terms are only available in Swedish, and the Swedish text is the one that applies. Here is a summary; the full terms are below, in Swedish.
- Stugtid lists cabins in the host's name and on the host's behalf. When you book, you enter into a rental agreement with the host, not with Stugtid.
- There is no right of withdrawal when you rent accommodation for specific dates. Instead, the host's cancellation policy applies, which is shown in the listing and in the booking form before you book.
- If the host cancels, or the cabin is double-booked, you always get back everything you have paid.
- It is free to list a cabin. The host pays a commission on each booking; guests pay no fee.
- All contact between guest and host goes through Stugtid. It is not permitted to book or pay for a stay arranged through Stugtid outside the service.
- Contact us first if something goes wrong. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
- Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can always bring a claim where you live, and you keep the protection that the law of your home country gives you.

Om villkoren
Villkoren gäller när du använder Stugtid för att hyra eller hyra ut en stuga, ett fritidshus, en lägenhet eller en villa. Stugtid drivs av Nordkod Media AB (org.nr 559591-6759). I villkoren betyder "vi" och "oss" Stugtid.
Villkoren har en del för alla, en del för gäster och en del för värdar. Värd är den som hyr ut: en privatperson, ett företag eller en operatör med flera stugor.

Vår roll: vi förmedlar i värdens namn
Stugtid förmedlar stugor i värdens namn och för värdens räkning. När du bokar ingår du ett hyresavtal med värden, inte med Stugtid. Stugtid är inte part i hyresavtalet och företräder bara värden.
På varje annons står det om värden hyr ut som näringsidkare (ett företag) eller som privatperson. Hyr du av en privatperson gäller inte konsumentskyddslagarna för själva hyresavtalet. Våra egna åtaganden mot dig gäller alltid: kontaktskyddet, och för en bokning som är betald genom tjänsten även garantin.
