Privacy policy

The Swedish version applies

The privacy policy is only available in Swedish, and the Swedish text is the one that applies. Here is a summary; the full policy is below, in Swedish.

• We process data about you when you rent or rent out a cabin on Stugtid, such as your account, bookings, payments and messages.
• Every message is checked automatically before it is delivered. Contact details and attempts to move the payment away from the service are caught.
• Bookings, payments, receipts and commission are kept for seven years after the end of the calendar year (the Swedish Accounting Act). An account that has not been used for three years is deleted.
• Some suppliers may process data in the USA, on the basis of the European Commission's decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
• You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected and to have data deleted when the law does not require us to keep it.
• If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
• We only use cookies that are needed, for example for signing in and for the language you have chosen (sg_sprak, 180 days). No cookies for advertising or analytics.
